Stringers are place out on the perimeter of the board following the curve of the board’s outline.  The parabolic stringers provide the board with an increased flex characteristic.  This allows the board a springy, slingshot type effect out of turns.  Parabolics are available as an upgrade on both polyester & Proxy epoxy construction boards.
